Mr. Happy Thanksgiving

Mr. Happy Thanksgiving

Lots to be thankful for this year!

Been playing around with the F800GT before she ships back to the Fatherland early next year.  Accumulating various tools and "stuff" to ship with, so we can travel with only a carry on.  Can't wait!  The pieces are being moved into place...

This is a fun bike that's going to be perfect for Europe.  Light, nimble, comfortable, handles well, decent power, great bags.  Pretty, too.

Picked her up in Atascadero, from an incredibly nice guy who obviously cared for the bike.  Every record since new, and only 8200 miles.  Even more comfortable than the one we rented in Scotland, with higher bars and lower pegs.  Well equipped and ready to travel.

Flew in and picked up by the owner, dinner with him and his wife, a room for the night and breakfast in the morning!  A perfect bike and long distance buying experience.

Recharging in Yuma on the way home.  Typically great dinner at Da Boyz Italian restaurant.

Been coloring in anticipation:

Bonding on Kitt Peak

GK, however, has gone a bit kitty krazy and now likes to hang out on top of the kitchen cabinets.
